It has potential but... not quite there yet
I have a great experience browsing item on the platform (good ux/ui easy to navigate). Shipment is fast and reliable (24h in Penh and 2-3 days in other province). My only disappointment is that with an app, you would expect the process to be done automatically. In my latest experience, I have to chat to the official page to confirm the order and have it shipped. Also tracking status have little to no update and I think there should be a button for customer to confirm that they have received the order. (Usually with an ideal app you wouldn’t need to contact support unless necessary) Don’t get me wrong though, customer support is very helpful and informative. Currently, I think it is a very good place to brows local product and if you are very busy and don’t mind waiting too long then I would recommend using the app. But if you have free time to spare and want certain items immediately, then I suggest using the app to brows items, stores or discounts then make a short trip to the store would be faster. Overall it is the best looking e-commerce app (in Cambodia) so far, you can purchase various products and even groceries. It has great potential and only missing some aspects I have mentioned. I’m looking forward to see future improvements ✌️
