I am extremely frustrated with the developers responsible for this app. The level of incompetence displayed is astounding. It's mind-boggling that such a simple oversight can lead to a closed loop where updates are needed, yet the system prevents any access to the app. This is not just a minor inconvenience; it's a fundamental failure in planning and execution. It's hard to believe that the developers can't foresee such obvious issues. This lack of foresight and professionalism is unacceptable. Users should not have to deal with these preventable problems.

Отвратительное и недружелюбное приложение и долбаный замкнутый круг. Сначала требует обновить и сбрасывает на старое, которое просит обновление. Вонючие тупые козлы.

Veuling closed the boarding without a passenger on board. I was 2 minutes late for boarding. It took 20 minutes to reach the gate. Be aware of it

The flight from Nice to Barcelona has been delayed for 5 hours. People spend more than 7 hours at the airport without any supporting word from the flight attendants.

Had a booking with free date of flight change on the day of flight. On the day of flight there was no option to change dates, and the next day ticket is lost. You can’t contact operator or anything like that. Don’t buy any of their options - they are useless and misleading. I will be reporting this to every official I might take my hands on. Apparently, you have to read full service agreement to find hooks, and the main website text is misleading. I will hire a lawyer and file as many complaints as possible, it is not about money - stop stealing! See you in court hopefully.

Компания плюет на своих клиентов. Если у вас всё хорошо, то вам повезло. А если возникнут проблемы будете решать их сами. Возврат билетов или денег за перелёт изменение даты, багаж и пр. Отменяют рейсы, переносят и тд. И самое интересное что надо звонить лично в поддержку Испанского офиса и пытаться им там обьяснить. И это 21век. Приложение кривое, лишь бы было. Сайт такой же. Все только через звонок оператору. Не советую!

Авиакомпания изменила расписание и обещала вернуть деньги. После истечения всех сроков деньги не вернулись и пришлось делать запрос через платёжную систему и банк для возврата средств. Вся процедура заняла около полугода.

Никогда не летаете самолётами этой компании! Они без предупреждения удаляет рейсы, С наглой ухмылкой отправляют в неизвестном направлении. Их не волнует что у вас со стыковочные рейсы. Их не волнует то что билеты куплены заранее! Они накидывает 500 € меняй билет.. Это самый ужасный опыт который у меня был в жизни за все время полётов. Я искала полиция, В аэропорту в Париже но так ее и не нашла! Еле-еле я обменяла на рейс завтра, С пересадкой конечно. Сейчас я еду отдыхать в отель, Конечно же за свой счёт.. Я хочу чтобы их вообще убрали с аэропорта! Это просто обычные мошенники!
