Have been unable to do transfer for a while nw it keeps saying my profile is under verification

Since this app has been updated I have not been able to generate my bank statements anymore, it’s really bad and frustrating for over 1 year now

I cant even log in to my account what is going on?????????

I was trying to send money out of the app and it was not going showing something about name enquiry now I cannot log in anymore at all

Hey I transferred money into my Polaris account, and I wanted to transfer account not it back and it was showing Debitable account not found I even tried to reactivate maybe I’ve not used the app in a very long time still did not work even the reactivation did not work please help me fix it I need my money back Thank you

I’ve trying to log in to my account but it kept on saying invalid credentials when I know very well my credentials are correct and I’ve even tried doing forgot password but still it always telling me sorry I can’t log in at the moment or my email is not correct 😭😭 please my money is inside and I need it urgently 😭😭😭 if there’s a way you can help me resolve it please help it’s really urgent 😭😭😭

My banking app has not been opening for the past three weeks I hardly access online banking please am sick and tired of this what is actually the problem ur code is not working likewise d app also.

This app is useless, it opens whenever it wants to and not when you want it to. It’s so frustrating. Once I get my money out I’m closing this account for good. I can’t keep complaining about one app all the time. I’m fed up

I’ve not been able to log into my app for some days now. Is it having a down time? It’s saying network connection issues but my connection is perfect.
