Near impossible to install
The worst bank ever I saw. Near impossible to install, if at all, near impossible to use it. Can developers of this app read these comments and make the app usable. Fully locked down to no use level features,

Very very bad service
Not good
The app is very inconsistent and unreliable. It might work some time of the year but may not when you want it the most. Recently i am only seeing the welcome page and not loading past that. So can’t comment on any latest features that might be hidden to me yet.

Vyom Login apps but always service branch not available issue
Not logging
Wake up union bank. Fix the app or I change my bank. App is not logging in saying give all the permission which I have. I deleted then reinstall and doesn’t work. Then work now it’s stopped again.
Useless and Hopeless
Pathetic is an absolute understatement. Customer support is an extreme low. They just cannot seem to understand your issue. They keep sending you a stock standard response which has absolutely no relevance to the issue you are facing. Escalating is also useless and hopeless as they are all of the same breed. Sorry one star was the lowest available.
Unable to connect
For the last one month as soon as open the App I see There are some connectivity issues try later. I use iPhone

Major improvements needed
One of the worst banking apps. It’s always throwing exceptions and errors. Doesn’t clearly mention what to do next or what the problem is. Customer care don’t know the errors issued in the app. Please fix the UI and business flows set up in the App. They ask for local Indian phone number for authentication of sending outward payments, how is this Even possible for overseas clients.
Update
When you have time, it would be better to refer Axis Bank's app.
