Very good app

Needs a better upgrade on the app personally. I love the way how Truist has their app set up and wish Vystar was the same. Even when opening the app I dislike the security feature and wish it was quick and easier to access with a Face ID. To each their own and I know this is a separate issue but Zelle shouldn’t be so difficult with Vystar to use. Too many security issues on my end.

The app doesn’t even work!!! I can’t log in and I can’t log in with my SSN either. This has been going on for over a year now.

I’ve been a Vystar member for 7+ years and this app is absolutely terrible, from the 3 week app outage a couple years ago to having to provide a security code EVERY SINGLE TIME I LOG IN multiple times a day… and then the external transfers may be in the menu and may not be… this app developer really has some issues and if it weren’t for my auto loan I’d already have left Vystar over the app quality.

One of the worst apps I’ve have the unfortunate experience of having to use

The previous app gave more details of my transactions. They need to add more details to transactions such as card # used with 2 different cards for same checking account. Also, when an electronic check is sent it needs the name of the vendor or company on the transaction.

This update on 11/26/24 made it impossible for me to pay my auto loan through this app. I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops, there should be no more then 3/4 clicks to do this
