Thank goodness for this app! Really helped when i was traveling and needed to approve some transfers. I didn’t realize it had all the same features of the internet / desktop version.
I cannot tell you how many times I’ve been locked out and had to call of go to my branch. Most often the employees have no idea how to fix it and have to transfer me or have me call some one else. I am currently locked out of the app and just give up.
This app freezes all the time and is clunky to use. The WAFED personal checking app works great, maybe they can make this one more like that one???
The treasury x app is hilarious how bad it is. Every time I login I have to create a new passcode. I think last year it worked for a few months but now the problem is back. So frustrating. Like all of your customers I have better things to do with my time then make up different passcodes so I can access the app’s features.
I’m so disgusted with this app- and this bank. We are about to break up!
Every time there is an update it takes them days to fix hiccups. Which usually keeps you locked out of the app. This bank is large enough to have amazing tech people.
MISERABLE!!!! The layers of security are miserable here and on a PC. You are lucky if you can just get logged in. The support is through email, but it takes days to solve anything. You can call and get transferred to the Treasury “Express” department, but you can imagine how busy they are. Expect an hour wait time at best. Ridiculous thing is there regular app works great for a business and personal account, but if you have three accounts this is your only option to “access” and link all three. I currently can’t get logged in again. I have now just given up and regularly call the branch direct to transfer funds. The employees of Wafed are flat embarrassed by this cumbersome unusable system.
Ok guys it’s time to figure out the bill pay for I pads. It’s been long enough. I can do this with my apple phone. I’m running same iOS on both. Why can’t I pay with I pad?????
This app is slow and hard to read and navigate. The reason I’m giving it one star is because you can see your check images easily.
