I'm visiting next year and I love to read news about the city.
What’s happened
Had this app for ages and loved reading comments. Now you are half way through a report and suddenly loads of adverts change the page and you have to scroll back to try and find the initial report. Also half the reports don’t allow comments anymore. Have downloaded bbc now instead. Such a shame.
Jumpy!
Very, very often the article I am in the middle of reading will inexplicably jump to the very end. I need then to scroll back to find my previous place. This has gone on for many months and persists despite a number of updates. Weird.
Complete joke
You are a complete load of fake news idiots who spread nonsense and waffle ! Where on earth do you find your content ?
Useful teaching aid
I teach app development - have been using the Wales Online app as a case study in how bad an app can be for years. Truly embarrassing. If you worked on this, I literally hate you.
Puzzles
Puzzles still not loading - and are now freezing the app when you try to load them. Raised this with the team weeks ago - still not resolved. I’m paying a subscription for this! Please sort it out. Or better still, get a decent IT team to sort your app. Hi team. The puzzles rarely open if I’m out and about. They open fine on my home wifi, but get stuck downloading on 4 or 5G. Is the issue at your end or mine?! Thanks!
