I can’t even begin to explain the problem that arise with using this app I am in a canvassing job and we are using this app and it happens to be that the tech team is terrible at managing the upgrades patches and updates that are needed. They don’t know how to set up turf because most of them aren’t field ready merely people in an office nowhere near said area that know nothing about it. Unfortunately, we have other places that we go to and hire to provide a service and they never deliver instead of sticking with local people family

The amount of time I spend each day just trying to get this app to function for my teams is enough to drive my THERAPIST crazy!

How is the last review on this two years ago? I know more than just me have been upset with the lag and freezing on a daily basis….right? Could def use some updates. Having to click each person for affiliation gets old tbh.

It clearly was never tested. On the 128GB version of the iPhone 6+ with 4.5GB free (opening more men doesn’t change anything) it constantly crashes itself at the 30 percent database download point. Sometimes around 7 percent. Sync doesn’t work either, it crashes. Tried reinstalling, power cycle, logging out and in again. Complete trash.

Thats it.

16 Days left in the campaign and non of my volunteers and staff can download the app it always gets stuck at either 69% or 89% very inconvenient

Every time there's an update the company wants you to delete the app and reinstall. Without doing this not all the houses will load. You shouldn't have to delete the app and reinstall every time there's an update. Dumb.
