Деньги за подписку премиум сняли, а план тренировок не предоставили.

21 июня Оформила пробную подписку на 7 дней. Отменила после 1 тренировки, вчера Сегодня сняли деньги!!! Прошу немедленно отменить подписку и вернуть деньги!!!

Загрузила программу, мне не подошла. Отменила подписку и программу удалила. И что??? Сегодня с меня списали полную стоимость годового премиума. 2390 руб!!! Ну как так??? Более того! Не могу найти никакой связи с разработчиками. Первый раз сталкиваюсь с такой ситуацией и очень возмущена. РАЗРАБОТЧИКИ ВЕРНИТЕ ДЕНЬГИ!!!!

Один недостаток, при отключении экрана, перестаёт реагировать, приходится постоянно смотреть в телефон.

I really like this app except I have an issue. I play audio books during my walks. When the announces how I’m doing and lower the volume of the audio book so low I can’t hear it. When the announcement is done, the audiobook volume never recovers. I have to exit the walking app and restart it. Don’t know if anyone else has this issue. I wrote support but haven’t received a reply.

I like the app and the program it has for me to get me walking, but I’ve paid for the premium by selecting the yearly option and I’m still not able to access all that I’ve paid for. I still have to watch an ad to get to the workout. If that’s all that I need to do to access the workouts, then why did I pay for a yearly subscription? I’ve sent emails with no response. While the app is good, it seems the integrity of the company may not be questionable. There is no way to contact anyone besides sending feedback to a generic email address.

I like the accountability of the app and it making me stay consistent, but there HAS to be an option to turn off the voice. Every time it comes on, it messes up my phone audio and turns everything else down (mainly Spotify). It’s very frustrating.

Would love async of the app with the Apple Watch.
