Game is done
Do not play this game or spend any cash. It’s not working and the developers don’t care about it.
Down again.
This game is down more than Katy Prices pants FFS. The developer isn’t bothered and never responded to emails. Glad I have not vested money into this game!
A TOTAL CON
Your never going to progress in this game without spending 1000s a week, and then when you do and the developer isn’t seeing enough being spent they shut down the game and don’t respond. Best advise move on !!!

A once great game shame about the robbery
This used to be a great game which was played on a reasonably even playing ground with teamwork being a key element to being part of a strong growing alliance. The past few updates and server mergers have turned this once great game into a massive cash cow for the games developers. There are so many glitches either unfixed or just made worse. The cost of gems is extraordinarily high for such little amounts. The in game bonuses are only worthwhile for the massive spending players, so don’t expect to achieve anything more than mediocrity in this game unless you have a platinum credit card with unlimited credit. The customer service and after sales communication is somewhere between nonexistent and shocking. I recommend you find a different game to play if you want to have fun and progress in it without breaking the bank to do so. Like others, I once gave this game a 5 star review in exchange for an S General. It has now dropped to 1 star in my opinion. I will now be seeking entertainment elsewhere and taking my credit card with me......in other words “up yours Lee!”
Honest opinion
I do really enjoy playing this game but quite a few times you can’t log in so you lose what you could have got or you have been attacked and ruined what you had been working towards. Most annoying is when you spend gems when you don’t mean to the new adjacent feature I clicked On and it didn’t work so pressed again and the next button in line with it was to spend 2020 gems without ask are you sure? Or move the button further across so it does affect it. So annoying as it’s taken me a year to get this amount. Trying to play this game without spending money is very hard as limits your power and chance to build as you will be attacked by stronger players. I hope the developers read this and replace my gems but I don’t think they think about the small players just the ones who spend lots of money with them

**Updated** Game has kicked me out and cannot log in. Very annoying as spent money on the game and not had any reply from the help email address!!!! Very addictive game. Still a few bugs to fix and some of the add ons can be expensive, especially as it is more expensive in the uk. Overall though a good game
