The Bluetooth is worth less than the dog crap my German Shepherd leaves. Want to know what’s worse than the Bluetooth? The customer service. Don’t expect any help or any response. Bluetooth unit is crap do not buy.

The title says it all. This is a piece of junk product. The heater goes off if it’s not connected making the heater useless as well

Looks like unless you’re right next to the heater there is no way to know how warm your animals are. There new to be some sort of resolution to this issue!

The Bluetooth model does have limited range. What I did was install remote thermometers to read the kennel temps inside. Once you set the temp with Bluetooth, it works even if you can’t connect. I am satisfied with this app and the dog kennel heater.

My dog house is outside on our back porch. I love that I can see and adjust temp without going outside and without opening the dog house. Bluetooth range is normal. My dogs love their Extra Large cozy warm dog house! Love the Bluetooth capability!

App does not work, unreliable would return it but time expired.

I run a shelter and so I purchased 6 heaters that I need this app to adjust the temp and also to see if they are working, and I can’t get the app to work!!!! Help me please!!!!! I had to hit a star before it would let me send I did not want to hit it

Sounds like not much has changed in a year. Just purchased a heater and am only able to use Bluetooth when I am standing directly next to it. It disconnects the second I walk away so no way to tell if my dog is getting warmth or not. Sadly, this is pretty much pointless.

Constantly disconnects from device. Then doesn’t see it to reconnect. If you got this for your pets house to have a heater when it gets cold, they are gonna freeze to death.
