Washos: Mobile Car Detailing

First time customer and very happy with service.

Membership is not worth it. I signed up for a membership that gave me a discounted car wash once a month. The first month I wasn’t able to use the car wash. The car wash does not rollover. So any savings are pretty quickly eaten up. If you try to cancel before six months, you get charged an extra month “early termination fee”.

I really wanted this to work out but, this service is a hit or miss depending on the technician you get assigned. The one that started washing my truck had gear no where close to perform the package selected. Not exaggerating, like no buckets no tire brushes etc. The worse part is the customer support who minimizes your claim and says sorry and gives you a 20% discount on your next wash. Ill be reaching out to a detailer directly rather than letting Washos send me random.

I have emailed 3 times over to address a membership issue (they charged me full price even though I have a membership) but they have not responded. And they also charge you to cancel. Not great that they leave paying members in the dark. This is a bummer because I love the service.

I just downloaded the app. It is so bad that it cannot determine my location to determine whether the service is available in my area. It thinks I am in Southern California. I am in Northern California. This app is garbage.

I just updated it and now it crashes every time I try to open it

Scheduled for 7am. Guy called and said there’s too much traffic, but there isn’t traffic at 7am on a Sunday. The app doesn’t let you delete old addresses. The app doesn’t let you delete old cards. The app doesn’t let you delete old vehicles either. The jobs in the app will disappear after the scheduled time and don’t show in “past jobs”. This app was great during pandemic, but now it’s very bad.

Booked an appointment but nobody showed up. I did get my money back.

I would not recommend. Technician does a poorly job of cleaning.

I was shocked to discover rodents had been in my car during the night. Fortunately, the damage was minimal. Just the interior was left very dirty and smelly. It was disgusting! I honestly did not know where to turn for help. Thank goodness I found Washos and in particular, Jorge! He restored my car to it’s original new state. You can’t tell there was ever a problem. My car is beautiful! I definitely will be referring Jorge to my family and friends. Thank you Jorge!!!😁
