Bad app and bad service everyday you need to update I never seen developer all his work from the app and he doesn’t have app to support his customer

Time slots are not appearing while booking service call.

Firstly, every time I submitted a request, it would disappear into the void, despite the fact that I always included a detailed description. It was as if the app's developers didn't care about their users at all. When I contacted the call center to complain, they informed me that my requests had been going blank to the company. Can you believe it? This is a fundamental flaw that renders the app useless. Furthermore, the app's interface was clunky and difficult to navigate. The design was uninspired and seemed like it was from a decade ago. It was a chore to use, and I found myself becoming increasingly frustrated with it. To make matters worse, the app was riddled with bugs and glitches. It would crash unexpectedly, and I would lose all my progress. I wasted so much time on this app, and I regret downloading it. In conclusion, this mobile app was a complete waste of my time and money. It was unresponsive, poorly designed, and buggy. I do not recommend it to anyone and suggest that you steer clear of it.

Very slow not working not loading.

Horrible app, never works and made for inconvenience.

Gives more headache. Specially when terminating contract. You will not know how to do the right procedure, customer care is useless and inconsiderate also. This is the reason why i terminated my contract with them.

I agree with previous comments. Complaints are closed without resolving the problem.customer service is very poor. Workmanship is poor. Disappointing overall. Doesn’t deserve a star at all.

لا يوجد اي مصداقية في شركة وصل العقارية ولا انصح اي حد ان يستأجر بها كلها مشاكل

This app actually doesn’t do what it’s made for it delays rather then expedite any services… what’s worse is that the only solution customer service has is please revert back and do everything through the app……
