The App makes it easy to schedule pick up. They are great about reminding us of the pick up and they follow through!

I’m always questioning whether something should go into the garbage or the recycling bin in order to make our environment better for my grandchildren. The search engine imbedded in this app makes it easy for me to look up each item in order to do my part in making sure I am being accurate and not putting recycling items into the waste pile.

The app is easy to use and I always know when my trash pickup is scheduled. Don’t have anything at all to complain about with this company!

They sent out texts informing of service day changes as they reevaluate their routes, then a follow up text of your service day changed, which ours did. They same text mentions to use the app for up to date information on your service days. 3 weeks later the app still hasn’t updated our service date to the new day making the reminder pretty useless.

Really handy to know at a glance when the next pickup is and for what.

We started when the company was Queen City Disposal in Clarksville. The company merged with Waste Connections but it’s still local to us. I will forever remember the day I left some expensive rechargeable batteries in a bag to be charged, and my wife thought they were trash. She put them in the dumpster and rolled it out to the curb. Fortunately she told me about it and I called Queen City , told them if the problem, and asked if they could skip the pickup. The man on duty drove out to my house and rolled the cart back up the driveway. The batteries were safe when I returned home. At that point they had a customer for life.

Last Friday my recycle was not picked up. I submitted an email to that effect and was informed the drivers response was he had taken care of the 50 units. When I called Monday to clarify I was asked if I could hold off till this Thursday. Hopefully they will pick up mine this Thursday.

Called numerous times to make sure we’re up to date on payments and the lady said yes. They didn’t do bill payments on the internet at the time. Sure enough the next week no pickup. I was mad mad called the lady back she said so sorry we will send someone out. Week has gone by nothing
