Watch WOW!

Just spoke to a wow IT person who told me there’s nothing he can do. My log in info is correct but it keeps saying “authentication failed”. Issue was bumped to a supervisor who may call me within the next FOUR DAYS. Note to WOW: If your app doesn’t work, you shouldn’t advertise it or say yo use it. This app is a failure.

I’ve had wow for about a month now switched from Xfinity. Xfinity cable and even app was excellent but the price was getting too high decided to go ahead and try Wow as years ago I had it and liked it. Not only has wow cable been a complete flop it’s skipping and pixilated and delayed but the app is horrible!! it worked OK at first when I downloaded it but now whenever I try to watch a show that I recorded or even just a live show it just circles and circles and never pulls up my show. I’ve triedRemoving and re-installing yet nothing works. The customer service people are a complete joke can’t figure out anything to fix my actual cable or the app. I’m at a absolute loss. “WOW” is right!!! This is a mind blowing horrible cable company… it’s sad because that’s why Xfinity is able to charge the prices that they do no real competition, but to have wow try to charge almost as much for a completely substandard, crap, low-grade product is terribly disappointing. I’m going to cancel after only one month. Just not worth $200 a month for this and an app that’s worthless!

The whole forced switch to WOW TV+ has been a joke. Our old cable system with WOW was magnitudes better. This app is an excellent indication of how bad WOW's service is overall. Some of shows that are recorded will not play on the iPad but will on a TV. Some of live TV shows refuse to play. The closed captions don't work. The only choice for fast forwarding is 10 seconds at a time unless you use the scroll bar and that isn't easy to do. The app hasn't been updated in 10 months per the version history so that indicates they are not actively working to correct the problems. When I called customer service, the rep wasn't aware of the iPad app existence.

App won’t even let me log in. Total dud. Buggy is an understatement. I want a refund!

I cant even review the app because it wont even let me long in with some failure error when trying to log in. TERRIBLE APP

I’ll be going back to Cox Cable. WoW was the worst mistake I’ve ever made!

Completely unsupported app that you will not get to work. WOW! Should do the humane thing and kill this zombie.

WOW support didn’t even throw the app existed. You will not be successful. Nothing here works. IF you can get past login which uses your old wowway or wideopenwest email account, you won’t get past the device registration which asks for a code that you never receive. Very irresponsible for WOW! to leave this out in the public.
