On the rare occasion the cameras actually work you get to play the guessing game of “which one of these blurs running around the room is my child”. I suggest remembering what color clothes you put them in- it helps. Unless the cameras switch to black and white. Then, who knows! Wish our daycare would leave this service.

I log in several times per day and most of the time the app will not connect to the cameras or it will tell me I have reached the end of my session when I am trying to log in or it reports a network error has occurred. I have to constantly close the app and reopen to finally have a connection to the camera. This app only allows camera access and there is no way to communicate directly through this app. It would be more practical to have one app to use for the day care system rather than two separate apps- one for camera and one for communication.

Most of the bad reviews are parents upset with how their child’s school limits them. I have no issues with the app. Most of my issues come from bad service.

I get 8 viewing sessions of 5min each. After relaunching the app, I get 2s of video, which consumes a whole session. I’d then have to consume another session to get the actual 5 minutes of video

I always log on and see a blank screen or a loading screen . The pictures never appear like they’re supposed to . They need something else

Crummy app. “No internet connection” every other time I load the app. Must crash twice an hour. And they’re jacking up prices. Avoid.

I use this app to check in on my daughter at preschool. It never works and always says "All possible media sources have failed." It very frustrating because being able to check on my daughter at school is one of the reasons we picked the school that we picked. This app needs to be fixed.

We appreciate the utility of this app but the amount it times out your session or does not detect network and requires a restart makes it maddening.

I get 7-3minute sessions a day and when I log in to watch my kid for a few seconds and come back a couple hours later it says a session has been used. It’s frustrating cuz I only get so much time already to check on my toddler while in daycare.
