Log in not working on tvOS on AppleTV I've sent three emails to customer support over the last few weeks and they do not respond. This is probably a sign of a dieing service. And they're not responding here as well.

Content in WaterBear is good, and able to access it from the web and from iOS but will not work at all on AppleTV.

I can log in to the iOS and web site with no issues, but the same credentials create an error in the tvOS version

Cannot get the app to cast to chrome cast. Please fix!

I can’t login I can’t change my password every time it still doesn’t work I’ve given up on the app. App used to work great then it quit. Not sure what’s wrong.

Downloaded this app because I though there would be good shows on the natural wonders of the world. But I’m reality it is just a bunch of propaganda shows promoting a far left agenda with nothing but doom and gloom. Greta Thunberg is promoted on the platform if that tells you anything. There is a reason why it’s free, no one would pay money for the garbage they produce. Don’t download it!

I have never been more excited about an app. Especially since they just released Racing Extinction… unfortunately I’m an apple phone user with a roommate who has chromecast and I’m having issues with that. We have an Apple TV unit with a broken remote so my only solution is to use the Google chromecast but the app doesnt work with it. I’m super bummed but would love to see this issue resolved!

This app is seamless. It works on my brand-new iPad no problems. It works on my Roku too. I love the content. If you are at all interested about things that are beneficial to the ecology of our planet you may want to have a look at the content on this website.

Unfortunately I probably won’t be watching much if anything if I’m stuck watching on my phone.
