Waiting time to access the apps...no budget to upgrade???

Tried calling, emailing, and chatting their customer service but all I received is a call waiting, no answer, and an unhelpful chat agent. Please improve your service.

The app offers click and collect and does not work. Chat support option is not available. Useless

I find it quite disappointing that the Watsons PH app doesn't include J&T Express as a delivery option. Many other platforms and services utilize J&T Express for its efficiency and reliability in delivery services. By not offering this option, Watsons PH limits the convenience and flexibility for customers like me who prefer or rely on J&T Express for timely deliveries. It's crucial for modern e-commerce platforms to provide a variety of trusted delivery partners to cater to diverse customer preferences and needs. I hope Watsons PH considers expanding their delivery options to include J&T Express soon to enhance customer satisfaction and convenience

Verry disaapointed

Very weird that a mobile app has a queue. I tried using it and it stated that there is a virtual waiting room and that there are 909 people ahead of me. Filipinos are so accustomed to waiting and long queues but I can’t believe that even a filipino APP will have it. It states that I have to wait for 5 minutes before I can use it and then when I can, I’ll have 10mins to use the website. Incredibly weird and inconvenient. I’ll just go ahead and drive to mercury drug.

option to have medicine delivered within 3 hrs is a life saver

After the update, I can’t checkout the items anymore. It keeps on saying “Sorry items are not available for Express Delivery” but no items were removed after the prompt. Fix your app.

It spews out my address is invalid during the supposed "express delivery" hours, but it works normally outside of those times!

The app is nice although it would be nice if the scrolling would retain where you are when you view product details. When I go back, it take me to the top of the list then I ‘d have to scroll all the way down again
