Never seen an app so poorly designed. Almost non-usable. It’s fragile. Replace it please.

Very unfriendly non-intuitive user interface. The app’s main function must be to help the user get the charging done easily, without hassle. Thia charger is in a condo and probably the most convenient. I won’t use it if I am not a condo resident. Tsk. Tsk.

Please try to fix the issues with the sign up pages 1. Use google email sign up 2. Verification process succeeds but email goes to spam by default due to your mailing servers being flagged as spam probably 3. After google sign up complete - passwords panel needs to be recessed to key in password - phone number needs to be validated (Suggestion) - either use the google sso as authentication thoroughly or you separate the manual user details registration - or Just authenticate users with their phone number and otp process. If emails are required we can request for that at a later stage. ================ The sign up process impacts the opinion, feel and confidence about the service for consumers. As an engineer myself I’m worried about my registration information and payment details being compromised since even simple basic registration is handled poorly.

Can’t login can’t signup can’t do anything. Pls fix your app asap

Was working fine until recently. Disappointed that the update was a downgrade in app performance.

The latest update broke the app. I can’t login after updating it.

great interface, interesting features. app design has exceeded expectations. QR code is easy to use. a first time EV user, after-sales service team was able to address my issues promptly. overall, the watt app is user friendly and its take on using bright colours are appealing to users.

Can never get it to start charging from the first try. Will always encounter issues and have to try various ways to troubleshoot. Latest issue is “unable to scan while charging” when I have not even plug-in/start charging. Probably will never use their charger again even though it’s at my condo.
