Super schnelle Anmeldung und Buchung des Fahrzeugs. Auch der Support war sofort zur Stelle, selbst am Karfreitag. Weiter so!

Idee super, Umsetzung eine Unverschämtheit. Wir hatten nur knapp über 50% Akku (obwohl wohl angeblich Minimum 70% garantiert sein sollen) und konnte somit irgendwie nur 80km fahren, haben aber für 6 Stunden bezahlt. Bedauerlicher Weise dadurch nicht einmal im Ansatz das gesehen was wir sehen wollten. Der krönende Abschluss: wir durften für die 80km auch noch Mehrkilometer zahlen wovon aber vorher nirgendwo eine Begrenzung angezeigt war. Also im Großen und Ganzen eine absolute Abzocke. Kosten 56€

Nicht diese App benutzen, ich wollte einen Roller mieten konnte ihn aber nicht zurück geben da die App kein Foto machen wollte! Finger weg!

Keine Supportantwort nach 3 Tagen / keine Rollermiete möglich - Ladestation gibt Roller nicht frei Fazit : Unnötig, da unbrauchbar 👎

They will take your money and not let you return the rental, tried to contact but no answer. Cowboys

Used an e-bike for 10 minutes and when I got back to the docking point the app wouldn’t let me end the rental. Contacted support via WhatsApp as there is an option to do that in the app, but the number hadn’t been used for over a month. Another 13 minutes of attempting to end the rental passed before the app finally worked and stopped the rental. So took over double the money that it should have. Save your money and walk or get an e-bike/scooter from elsewhere.

Bikes and scooters there, all look good to go, however service unlocks then doesn’t allow release of the bike or scooter. Really awful. What is the point! Better off with a bike rental from a bike shop.

They are a terribly run service. I used one of their scooters. Used it and drop it to another location where they have the parking for it. Then it locks and wont let me take it out and still charges me money. Avoid.

Don’t waste your time with this there app doesn’t work says nothing is available when I’m stood next to 4 scooters, tried to contact their support team and got no reply back. Failure of a company
