Took ages to work out that Aqua fit was in with the swim class but it’s all sorted now and I’m happy with the class Pat

Just started using app now that wave active have taken over meads swimming pool and gym. Oldies like me usually struggle but the app has been pretty straightforward. Needed help to register but booking classes no problem.

I have been trying for 2 days to book a swim but every time I try to book I get a message saying Service Unavailable. Please sort out this bug in your system.

Booking a swim slot at Lewes pool on the app couldn’t be easier. I just love it.

I’ve been unable to make payment through the app, deleting card details still doesn’t work it seems to not recognise my card and fails. I’ve deleted the app and tried again, tried deleting the card and re-adding but nothing works.

It is difficult to find a worse company for customer service; the poor lifeguards and receptionists at Saltdean lido have to deal with unhappy customers on a daily basis and although it’s not their fault they often have no idea how or why decisions are made. Trying to contact fusion is an impossibility; email, tweet phone call..no response. This morning got to the lido and pool closed due to ‘pool issues’ but no notification on website or text etc. I have a season early morning membership last week without any notification they have cancelled Tuesday/Thursday slots. Please can you fix the app.. it’s not working again! The message displayed says ‘service unreachable’. 🤦🏼‍♂️ The only way I can get the app to work is to delete and then reinstall it every single time I want to use it. The app hasn’t worked properly for the last 3 weeks!! Please can you sort this out.... it’s a real pain in the backside.
