Cannot access ‘book a class’ - constantly times out and says try again later.

The UI in this app is so confusing. It’s so hard to find what you’re looking for!

Booking a swim slot at Lewes pool on the app couldn’t be easier. I just love it.

I’ve been unable to make payment through the app, deleting card details still doesn’t work it seems to not recognise my card and fails. I’ve deleted the app and tried again, tried deleting the card and re-adding but nothing works.

It is difficult to find a worse company for customer service; the poor lifeguards and receptionists at Saltdean lido have to deal with unhappy customers on a daily basis and although it’s not their fault they often have no idea how or why decisions are made. Trying to contact fusion is an impossibility; email, tweet phone call..no response. This morning got to the lido and pool closed due to ‘pool issues’ but no notification on website or text etc. I have a season early morning membership last week without any notification they have cancelled Tuesday/Thursday slots. Please can you fix the app.. it’s not working again! The message displayed says ‘service unreachable’. 🤦🏼‍♂️ The only way I can get the app to work is to delete and then reinstall it every single time I want to use it. The app hasn’t worked properly for the last 3 weeks!! Please can you sort this out.... it’s a real pain in the backside.

Load app and it works well. Go back to app and it doesn’t open, have to uninstall and reinstall and it works until the next time you open, then have to repeat so no point UPDATE working properly now, very good app

I’ve downloaded this app several times as I can only get it to work once before I get the circle of doom. Really irritating!!! Please can you sort it out.

It’s fine when you first download the app but the next time you use it just fails to open beyond the opening screen . Please get it fixed . Using IOS 13.1.3
