Like the title says. App isn’t functioning like it describes. Transcripts are not correct. I paid 25€ for a premium version. Did pay but didnt receive the premium version. All sorts of options seem to be bugging. There seems to be no way to talk to customer service. I dont really mind the 25 but i do feel scammed. Wouldnt recommend

This app is truly legitimate! For many years, I’ve worked in an environment where we have meetings on a frequent basis. Within those meetings, the stakeholders will discuss things and then change course right in the middle of the discussion which makes it difficult to capture, accurate notes and action items based on, discussion. This app remedies all of that for me by being able to capture all discussions accurately!

Tried a 3 minute audio to test its accuracy. One one later and it is still uploading the file. This is a waste of time.

Did not work. No. Customer support. I'd like a refund immediately.

This is absolutely amazing. Highly recommend in all ways.

This is a good tool but it is not stable. I got the recording interrupted but continued recording and after the recording was completed I can’t find the recording. Appears as nothing was recorded.

I was in the middle of a one hour meeting and in the middle of it, I received a call on my phone. The recording before the call wasn’t saved and only the recording after the call was. Until this bug is fixed, I won’t be renewing my sub.

Installs ok, but then screen immediately freezes. Had to delete app. Too bad

App gets stuck sometimes on the audio transcription step. Recently got stuck transcribing a 4 minute audio file. Was there maintenance going on, was the service down? I didn’t receive a notification.

My phone rang 28 minutes into a very technical 30-minute meeting. I declined the call. Wave started a new recording in that moment without saving the first one. It vanished. So, if you get a robocall, you are out of luck. It was extremely frustrating.
