I love this app, I use it all the time between Gambia and Senegal. If you guys could move the buttons to lower section and receipts at the top it would make a big difference in button reach.

By forcing iOS 13.2, you’re cutting out a lot of folks in Africa that use older phones, like 5s and 6. It’s a simple change to allow users on iOS 12.5.7 to download the latest compatible version.

I have used this app for years. With the latest update my app no longer works. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling with no luck. There is no way to contact customer service and the number listed online is disconnected. When you go to the website there is NO option to contact customer service or get support. Awful customer service!

This is a great application to use to send money and pay local vendors at times when you do not have any liquidity on you. Also, you can use it in Burger King Abidjan as a form of payment which is handy. I am looking forward to seeing more and more vendors including local companies such as the electric CIE and water SODECI accepting this application as a form of payment. Thank you for creating a simple and user friendly app which makes a difference in our daily lives!

I love Wave for a lot of reasons and one of them is the free transfer. Now instead of moving my money from bank account to bank account FOR A FEE, I can just transfer what I need to my Wave wallet to pay bills FOR FREE. I've always hated those transfer fees. I'm waiting for just one more functionality for a five star rating. To be able to move money from my Wave Wallet to my bank account.
