They ask too much questions and you don’t get your questions answered

The whole Wave team are really responsive and courteous for feedback. They’re always updating the app and make sure that my requests as a driver are taken seriously.

I started out with this company when they were new. I saw myself as a longtime contractor for this business hopefully moving up the ladder within the company eventually. This company and its owners were like family to me and that’s how I viewed them. Things changed over the last year or so. I do believe the owners lost sight of the reason why they started this business and the need for money/greed replaced that. This company now looks at their contractors as replaceable. Your a number to them lining their pockets not caring about the contractors who are working within the business.
