I can’t express how grateful I am for this app. It’s truly flipped a switch in my mental health management. The best thing is the ways that you can personalise it to your own needs. I was able to work with my therapist on a DBT therapy plan that was specific to my needs. It’s also made DBT far easier for me to understand.
