terrible app, doesn’t work at all

This app is impossible to use. Won’t let me select my location because it does not load properly. Therefore cannot do anything else. Cannot contact waves as there are no options to select the reason for contacting . I will just get my car cleaned elsewhere simples!!!

I don’t review apps, but hand on my heart I wish someone had told me about this beforehand. Probably should have read existing reviews. I jumped the gun with download. Honestly I’ve seen a few apps with terrible UI but this app is definitely up there with the worst. Takes ages to register, to the point where I didn’t even finish registering. I don’t feel safe providing details like my phone number or bank details to such a terrible app. It doesn’t integrate with built in keyboard, it doesn’t load car wash locations when you click them but it provides full details when I click on a museum and gives an option to open it on maps. The only way to find a car wash near me is switching to list view. Finally, it feels terribly laggy and every click feels like I’m using a pc with parts from 1999. I wish I could completely remove it from my account

Fix the app and you’ll get a lot more customers

Takes about 10 seconds to realise the app is terrible. Actual people very nice.

Barely usable app. The display moves around as you scroll and half the info buttons don’t respond so you can’t see what’s part of each service, or again, you try to scroll to the bottom and it jumps back up. The actual service from the Waves boys is great, so won’t stop using the service, but the app is appalling.

This is a shocking app. Why do you need my home address and phone number just to book a slot for a car wash? Why? If anybody reads this, the app is appalling.

App doesn’t load properly, very badly designed. Just use the website to book.

The car wash service is pretty good. The app is abysmal and provides zero benefit over just turning up
