Everytime you try to add money to the Wawa card…. There’s always a problem “ something went wrong”. Not once, but everytime Waste of everyone’s time.

Waste of time. Won’t process payment. Went to Sheetz instead

I have tried Apple, facebook, and Google. Every option gives me an error. Get it together guys.

Tried multiple times. Even moved over to a different pump and still didn’t work. App was a fail on first multiple attempts

Keeps saying email cannot be not verified. Don’t know how that’s possible 🤷🏼‍♀️

They need to fix being able to reorder past items.

I used this app nonstop for any Wawa trip, many times going out of my way just for the food. Great for fuel, especially on a motorcycle where it’s a hassle to get my card out, etc. suddenly, was no longer able to log in and have not been for MONTHS. Now, Wawa customer support is typically great, but know nothing about the app and how to remedy. My situation was escalated last month and I have not heard anything back. I’ve since stopped using the app and have even tried to log in again every couple of weeks. Stopped going to Wawa nearly as much. Disappointed, I had a ton of rewards points I had yet to use and a gift card.

This app is an absolute pain to use. Whenever I open it up, it always asks me to login and it says my password is incorrect and then I try to reset my password in the store and then it won’t send the email and it’s just so inconvenient esp when you’re in a hurry. Apps should be quick and easy to use especially in convenience stores. Worst app ever.

This app never works properly. I try to sign in using the sign in with Facebook option. It then told me this option wasn't available in the app. Why offer this as a button to click? It's not like I made it up. Then I got a notification from Facebook about an odd sign in due to the Wawa app. If I can't use your app I'm not coming to your store and spending money!

After youve gained enough points, the app will literally just stop working. It will give you error codes anytime you try to use your points. Yet it works perfectly fine when using to purchase
