Archive Web pages and Tweets to the Wayback Machine!
To archive Web pages or Tweets simply "Share" them to this app.
From Safari - select the "Share" icon at the bottom of the screen then select this "Wayback Machine" app.
From the Twitter app - select the "v" icon at top-right of Tweets, select "Share Tweets via..." then select this "Wayback Machine" app.
But first you must add this app to your iOS device's "Share" feature by selecting the Share icon (the up-pointing arrow at the bottom of Safari) then selecting the "..." (More) button and finally adding this app.
After you have archived your web pages or Tweets you can confidently share their Wayback Machine URLs via Twitter, Facebook, Email, etc. knowing they will be there for decades to come.

Utter uselessness and hours to get there.
Utter inefficient insanity.
Generally good and reliable
Although the app could use some fine tune adjustments to the ui (especially to close the view of an archived page, or use the share sheet), it is, generally, good and reliable. It’s just a shame that some sites are somehow excluded from being archived even though their content should be for posterity. Using the app with a sign-in is definitely more reliable than using just the archive.org website. Happy archiving!
DOES NOT WORK
Why offer an app that does not work? I am unable to add to my collection or view any of my previously archived content.
Unreliable and In Need of Serious Updates
It’s clear that the app needs serious reworking and debugging. The developers should release a new version that actually works as intended. Until then, it’s hard to trust this app for anything important. It’s disappointing to see such potential wasted due to poor functionality and lack of updates. I expected the Internet Archive app to be a reliable tool for preserving web content, but it has been nothing but frustrating. The app repeatedly fails to archive pages, even after multiple attempts. There’s no clear explanation or feedback when archiving fails, leaving users in the dark.

i really like internet archive but i pressed the exit button when i was done looking at a song and it was already hard to press because its not in the right format for ios but then it logs me oht and now when im back in it looks like an older version and i cant look anything up or acces my list like on the website

Great app just doesn’t work. Seems the app has been abandoned. Have to give 1 stat unfortunately unless fixed.

App NonFunctional
Unfortunately, this app is just unusable in its current state. I’m running iOS 18.1 and the back button, in the app, doesn’t work. The signup via Google button doesn’t work. Resetting password gave me no error or anything, but I haven’t seen an email come in, so I’m assuming I don’t have an account. Anyway, just use the website. It’s very functional.
