Everytime I try to verify my account, the submit button does not work

Verifying my account information
I am stuck in verification of account information. App is not working anymore
Verification
I’ve been trying to verify my account information but its been months while the app is unable to submit the information and nothing is being done about. I have tried deleting and downloading it again but it keeps taking me to verification of my account.please fix the glitch because i no longer see the purpose of this app in my phone if it’s not working.
Login in only no option for registration
How do we register am unable to register so that I can login!am sorry is working with the username and password send via sms then you confirm with new password which is yours!

Poor sentence construction with errors.
Not working?
Registered many times but didnt receive any feedback email.
Sign up problem
It keeps redirecting me to the app and the website back and forth. I can’t sign up for Nurses association.
