Totally useless
This app is not fit for purpose. There is no way to recover your password, as after submitting, the next screen hangs. No way of even accessing anything.

Does not work
As reported by previous reviewers, cannot log in. Utterly useless.
Hopeless
Same as other users, can’t log in and passport reminder takes you to a blank page. Waste of space, doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating
Can't log on
Same problem others have reported - the app won't recognise my log in details, which work perfectly well with the online site. And when I click on "lost password", up comes a blank screen. Completely useless app, until or unless somene bothers to fix it.
