This app use to be great, now is terrible, support will say we are fixing the problem with connecting accounts and then 8 months still waiting. I am done with this. Was once great but no connections and support NEVER responds

Average experience
Been a customer for a few years and currently on first year of paid-subscription. Many of the features now fall behind paywall, and accounts often need to be manually synced (my bank being an example). Overall concept is good, but UX is poor.
It’s ok
Doesn’t show dividends . Has my portfolio, updates it but really would like it too track & show the dividends. For that reason i unsubscribed . Went with another app that shows the dividends
Sync hardly works from the app
Web version is better. Sync goes into an infinite loop that never ends on the phone app.
Was sceptical but Am impressed- Needs IPAD App
For those that are frustrated with synching issues…take your complaints to your Member of Parliament. For years the Libtards had promised to Bering open banking to Canada like most other countries. Even appointed a “czar” to oversee adoption. But the lobbyists and special interest groups have been allowed to frustrate implementation out of fear of losing control. Expect resistance from Cdn institutions until the government actually follows through on their grandiose announcements
Won’t connect to my accounts
After using this for years, it was MUCH better when it was free. Since going to a pay model the program is basically useless. If your lucky it will update your accounts once in ten attempts. After my year subscription is up I definitely will be cancelling.
Won’t connect to anything
Disconnects all my accounts daily, then takes longer to reconnect them than it would have taken to manually login to each one individually. Not worth paying for. On top of all that, I can’t find the option to unsubscribe anywhere.
Unfortunately, it’s an end to an era
I was using this app for quite some time up until last year. I’ve noticed I wasn’t able to add new institutions and crypto. As of now everything you have to pay for it’s All subscriptions !!!
Kind of a bare bones app
Wish myself wanting more of the power features available on the website in the app. Apart from looking at your net worth and understanding you’re holdings, there is much you can do on the app basic for now.
Used to be good
Was a good app when it was free. I understand the desire to monetize it, but the pricing is way out of line. I will no longer use it.
