I’ve been banking with Frost for over 35 years and they are so good looking out for my banking needs. Alex (investment banker) with Frost is very helpful and has made me money along the way. This app is very easy to understand so you can analyze how your money is working for you. Again Alex and James Miller Thank you for you being there for me and all of you dedicated years at Frost.
Old interface, mobile experience needs lots of work
The Westminster Financial Companies, especially Ken Warnick from their Dayton offices, is an educated experienced and helpful financial professional. He and they have successfully managed my accounts for over 30 years. They are top advisors.
Can’t log into account. Can’t change password. Can’t do anything with this app.
This already terrible app now won’t even log onto Truist investment accounts. No access to our info! Pitiful. Should be zero stars
Your security is so good I can’t get into my account
I also use Schwab and Fidelity and they are far superior
The latency is terrible. The user experience is horrendous. It’s not easy to use. In this industry you must compete with the other easy to use applications like robinhood that have attracted all their customers with their simple UI. The only reason I use MS is because my money manager was already set up with them. I would suggest another platform to anyone unless these problems get fixed.
Yuck! How do I get rid of the new, oversized graph that shows up on initial login? Pretty useless - maybe worth an inch of precious iPad screen space. Who came up with this? At least give us a way to configure if we want it - switches are easy!!
