Web Audio Player

With this app. Sometimes I get a good audio feed inside AUM where I have some looperator or Tornado set up to destroy, tweak, and loop slice arrange for conservative talking points - otherwise I can’t understand what the f they are saying. The only way to make them make sense is to rearrange and slice backwards to reproject their lies back onto themselves. But I have had bad luck recently with get YouTube to play anyone in this app, especially FAUX News. Help for 5 stars.

Tried AUM and Camelot pro. Doesn’t work

Don’t hesitate, it’s a great value

Brings the ability to use any audio that is playable on a website and feed it through a channel in you DAW/Host via AUv3. From there the possibilities are endless, you can record, loop, add fx, chop, pitch, glitch, etc… So glad you can now play the audio from the web right into your productions. Endless stuff is available out there and it makes for lots of fun, creativity, and experimentation. Great App!

Be aware: 1) Works only on a tiny selection of the sites I meant this for. Some popular sites like Invidious, archive.org, etc. either don’t work or barely function. 2) Does not play video at all. 3) Only some streaming media works, and when it does, it seems to try to buffer 11 sec of audio at a time, and rebuffer very close to the end of the buffer, meaning that less-than-super-speedy sites will often pause to rebuffer every 11 sec. 4) Add URL to favorites list doesn’t work at all. 5) No loop function. Pre-recorded YouTube videos do play audio, though. SoundCloud also does work.

My only complaint as often right now: I have the SoundCloud app, every time I try to load a SoundCloud clip through this AU it will open it on the app... Workaround, use the “non-mobile” SoundCloud to choose tracks. Issue with the workaround? Not easy to get to that “non mobile” website, so it’s tedious to use it with SoundCloud. This is probably not gonna be an issue unless you have the SoundCloud app but I figured I’d post it here so that hopefully in a future update this can be addressed! Anyway, wonderful app 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🥲
