Has not been updated in 3 years
Buggy and outdated would be really nice to be able to have this app but can’t even connect it just says error authentication needed the company needs to update this app

Web Help Desk Mobile is not a standalone application. To receive SMS text messages, you must have a user account on a supported server running SolarWinds Web Help Desk version 12.1 or later and an Apple Push Notification Service (APNS) certificate. You can download SolarWinds Web Help Desk and the latest APNS certificate from the SolarWinds Customer Portal at https://customerportal.solarwinds.com.

Biggest Piece of Crap On App Store
This hasn’t been updated in forever. Won’t send emails and won’t function properly. I just resort to visiting WHD on my phone through Chrpme and view it through desktop mode.
Honestly has been hot garbage since they were bought out.
Solar winds has all but stopped innovating or updating their app. This product looks like it is still running iOS4 I am not sure why they still have an app on the store if they are going to let it linger in this garbage state.
Practically unusable
Needs a complete redesign. The UX is awful.
Pointless
Better option is to just connect to your web help desk with a browser, then switch to standard view. iOS app needs a rebuild or deletion from app store.
Limited
The ui is extremely out of date. None of the search boxes seam to work as expected. There is no way to do inventory, this would be an awesome way to go through and do it.
Horrible
I’d be embarrassed if my company put this app out.
Where is the IOS 11 version
This had been giving warnings for a year. How about a fix or new app

This update seems worse than before. Way to move backwards SW.

Needs update ios4 is long gone but this still looks like it
