Good but not all the quotes are contemplations an out death
The powerful impact of these reminders is really wonderful and the advertising is true- brings happiness! Great quotes. This app is wonderful.
I bought the app, and then with an update it moved to subscribe mode. Thanks for taking away what I paid for.
My family members have said that they have received the same quotes up to five times. It seems like it would be easy enough to keep updating the quotes and regularly adding more to the database. Otherwise, it’s an interesting concept and has helped me to have a more grounded mindset.
It’s a wonderful concept but 95% of the quotes are pretty bad. I switched over to the paid subscription to see if it was any better but immediately cancelled that after getting a quote from Paris Hilton. I think it’s useful for the unpaid subscription, just to get the 5 reminders that you’re going to die, but don’t bother opening the notifications. I send daily quotes to family members and friends so I have a huge library of words if wisdom and inspiration. WeCroak, I’m for hire if it’s just a matter of you all not having time to scour the internet for useful quotes! I appreciate the intention of creating an app like this, it just seems they had a great idea but ran out of steam to really follow through to make it good.
“I am become death, the destroyer of worlds” J. Robert Oppenheimer Please please quit attributing this to Oppenheimer!! It’s from the Hindu sacred text in the Bhagavad Gita. Oppenheimer only QUOTED it. It makes your app look ignorant and it’s a lovely app. I’ve seen it twice now .
