Can’t rate this as haven’t managed to get it to open , have tried reinstalling it several times but still can get into the game ?????

Haven’t been able to play as it just keeps loading on the loading screen, I’ve deleted and reinstalled but nothing has changed.

Froze

I enjoy the game but it’s froze try to merge to things that can’t be merged it’s saying to merge them but they are full merged so it’s stuck at that

I was enjoying the game but it seems every time I get an item to a certain level, it vanishes when I next load the game. I took a screenshot to ensure I wasn’t losing the plot and I wasn’t. No longer going to play 😢

New event and can’t access! Fix glitches please

Love this game but…

Currently 3rd time I’ve hit a glitch where I lose access to the story quest mode and am left unable to complete the daily challenges and level up. The other two times this has happened, I sent in multiple bug reports without success and ended up having to delete and redownload and restart the game. Good news guys, I keep restarting it. Hopefully this message will get my issue resolved so I don’t have to lose all my progress!!

Update: “Story quest” icon showed back up after a couple weeks. But, it’s gone again. Without it, you can’t complete the daily challenge. I never received a response when I reported the problem. Daily challenge can’t be completed because the “story quest” icon is missing.
