Weight Coach by CVS

My coach is great but this app doesn’t work well at all. I should be able to record my goals and workouts easier than this. IT needs to look at a different program.

It does not allow me to schedule the initial consultation. I spoke with the CS rep who did someone will call about helping me set up in 2 weeks . Absolutely absurd.

I had an initial consultation via Zoom and no one ever joined the meeting. After 16 minutes and multiple messages, I left the meeting. Very unprofessional.

I agree, I can no longer plug in my info via your app.

There is no sign up button. I can’t create my account.

I’ve synced my Fitbit and then it became unsynced. So I’ve been trying to sync it again and it won’t finish “setting up to sync”. (For days- each attempt)

There is only a button to log in or click forgot my password. No button to create a new account so I literally can’t even use the app.

I’m having the same issues as the other reviewer. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling it but it’s still having the same issues. I cant complete my modules or input any metrics. Only thing working is the chat feature it seems.

I have been using this app to connect with my dietitian. It has been good until this week. However, starting the new module for Low Carb Nutrition Plan has been an issue. At the third lesson (out of 55) it states there is a network error and I have to choose to cancel or restart the app. Neither if these options make the module work. I have update my iOS software and the app, to no avail. Please fix so I can change my review and rating.
