Simply enter your daily weight and let Weight Diary estimate your progress and how long it will take to reach your goal. No guesswork or calorie counting required.
Our trend line cuts through the daily fluctuations in your weight so you know instantly whether you are on track. As long as the trend line is sloping downwards and most of your daily entries are below the line then you are losing weight. It is that simple.

* Record your body fat % (for scales that support it) and add custom notes

* Turn your device sideways to access a full-screen graph that can display multiple years of weight entries

Super motivator
I’ve been using this app for 5 years now and I find it a great motivator to control my calorie intake. I’ve lost 12 kg over the period and I feel great - at 75 years old.
Perfect
I love the simplicity of this app. I have been using it for over 6 years and it still beats Apple, Garmin, Strava and MyFitnessPal. (I have tried them all!)
Best weight recording App
I tried a few Apps around weight tracking and the Weight Diary is by far the best!! Carry on the good work Fulvio
This app helps you keep on track.
This is a great app and the only one i could find that helps you keep on a weight losing(or gaining) trend. While simple to use the app shows you how you are progressing to your goal weight by indicating you're loss or gain long term movement. So even if your weight fluctuates you can still see that you are progressing towards your goal. I would live to have an option to add daily notes though. All in all absolutely worth having.
