Love the education and seamless experience!

Please fix the issue of it being impossible to order because of the app clearing or adding items for no reason. I’ve had to go through our rep for the last three weeks to order.

I love this app! I use it to order all my color and salon supplies. Super easy to use and navigate. I can see my previous orders and re-order anytime. I like the options for education too! Definitely a must have if you use Wella color.

Never loads no matter if I’m on Wi-Fi or not. Do better. Also where are the new shades. I have them in my shop but not my app.

so i’m trying to just look at the price of a bleach powder from the wella company to compare prices. and i can’t look at it the prices because you have to try to buy it first to know the price. so i just spent 10 minutes on making an account to try to add it to my cart, but then it was like the website was frozen, but it wasn’t. i could look at other products and it would load normally, i just couldn’t add anything into the cart. so i downloaded this app to see if i could figure out something else, and now i know that it’s out of stock. it’s just kinda disappointing to not know the original price of the product. :( but i heard the product i was looking at, is a really good one for damage control, used by professionals. i’ll just find it somewhere else 🏃

3/4 of the old education is no longer available in the USA / All Other Locations… No certificates transferred. And everything says unavailable. No one manning the help chat for a month now. Sad.

Please bring back the old app! When i want to check a shade on the shade chart, I don’t want to wait 20+ minutes for the swatches to load, then show me where i can buy the color. the swatches are low quality pictures and doesn’t show it on the whole head like it did in the old app! Wellastore is slow, buggy, and just an overall hassle to navigate. Not to mention I’m a student, and it won’t let me log in unless I have a license number. There’s no student option! Where’s the education portion of Wella we used to have??? smh.

Why are the old apps with education now defunct and redirecting us to this app that is only a store? That’s unfortunate.
