It really could deserve more stars
It’s a good game, but.. Unless you’re willing to put in a lot of time (daily) and money, and more money, and all the gold you accumulate, to developing your town, sheriff, heroes, troops, instructors, and pets so you don’t get zeroed by long standing players who will take you out just to take you out, play something else. If you’re in to leveling up, don’t stop here..it just means it hurts a little less.
Terrible support
If I could give zero stars I would as Developers are terrible! Two nights ago I was signed up to play Guild and the game glitched out and I wasn’t able to play so I missed all the rewards. Support admitted it was their problem but instead of making it right and rewarding max goals they say oops were sorry. For your troubles we are sending in 500 gold and 3-1 hour speeds. What a joke west game!!!

I want to quit this app and I don’t have a option to Delete my account and destroy all my progress in the game I was wondering if you devs know a way

I would give more stars but we are not able to build our fortress, even though we seem to fit the qualifications.
Awesome game
West game has been a great escape for me and the most fun way to spend my free time, it’s very diverse in the people that play you get people from all over the world and joining alliances and getting to meet them all has been a blast, yes there are some people that pay there way to the top but it’s not necessary at all to enjoy the game because there’s always a way to get around the big guys take it from me I’ve been playing 5 years and have a farm account that gives those guys really bad days!!!

Kicked me off and now I can’t get on or download the game anymore I will never waste time and money again.
Pay to play if you want to compete
I’ve been playing this game since almost the beginning. At first, it was fun and the only way to get ahead was to put in the time, not as much money. Now, you have to buy so much to compete that it is no longer worth it. My husband and I got into this game to have something to do together and now we can’t afford to play because it has become such a huge cost to be able to compete. It is sad to see…. Too many updates, too fast! It is a great place to meet some really cool people since there are people all over the world that attempt to play!
