Does not work.
Just want to change my personal contact details. App keeps on crashing and loading. Very frustrating and chat does not help.
Crap. Crashes on launch
App crashes on launch 100% of the time. iPod with iOS 15.
Sign in doesn’t work, keeps bugging
Latest version of app keeps bugging at login. Keeps loading endlessly or app crashes etc. Needs a few tries before I can log in properly
No Push Notifications for Transactions
I’ve just swapped over to Westpac from CommBank and there is no option to turn on push notifications for my transactions despite their FAQ page saying there is. I know it’s supposed to be under profile, settings, notifications and marketing, but it just doesn’t appear, even though my friend who also has an iPhone has the same settings. I have tried uninstalling the app already. I will remove my one star review once this issue is fixed. Thank you.
Fraud detection
The most important to us in this day and age. Detection was swift. Contact was swift. I feel safe. Thank you Westpac.
Buggy and Flawed.
Main problems 1 Notifications are broken - Notifications are not persistent despite being turned on - Clicking on a notification doesn’t open the transaction 2 Seach Doesn’t work - Can’t find payments that just appeared in notifications 3 Some payments will not approve for unknown reasons.
Glitches
Horrible app!! Won’t let you make payment and shuts down itself all the time. Very very bad experiences
Love the simplicity of this app
Easy to use, much better than CBA’s bloated app. I love how they refine the app on every update.
Can’t see my cards???
Dear Westpac App team. It has been over 4 weeks now and one still can’t see company debit cards in the app. Please fix your latest version upgrade glitch ASAP! Secondly all the other banks allow one to use their debit cards with Apple Pay and store them in Apple Wallet. Why can’t you do the same?
