Accessible Taxi booking disappointment!
Used the app to arrange for an accessible taxi several hours before we needed it. Approx 15 minutes before we were expected our taxi, we received a call that they would now be looking for a driver and it could take upwards of over an hour. One would think that pre-arranging for a taxi through the app would count as booking it…. But apparently not. Ended up having to change all our plans around, which is not always the easiest when an accessible vehicle is required. All around it was a very poor experience and I will definitely make sure not to recommend west way to anyone.
