First if you pay, doesnt work, you are all the time on free account. They dont know how to fix it. To save a file you need so many location before you get it to your photos…. Waste of time and money!!! Disaster

Slow like dial up
I failed to get photos from our Instructor in canyoning. Pathetic app. You are not allowed to store all images to your phone at once, just one by one. After you download one it drops you out of the folder and coming back - its virgin. Start downloading again. No previews will add emotions. You never know if you are waiting 5 mins to get your photo or someone’s elve. slowest downloading from their server reminded my dial up days. Few attempts and i gave up. Not worth of wasting time.

...even if you only need to use the app once for a large file sent by someone. total absurd. uninstalling and advicing everyone to use either free no account sites, or big trusted popular drive type sites.
Converting all files to bad quality
While sending photos and videos via weTransfer app it is automatically converting from good to had quality and compressing them even if i selected ‘current’ format.
