Good but can be improved
Have to swing phone around to get the bee in the shot while in AR mode. Would be good to have scarce bumblebees on too.

What’s that bumblebee is a great way to engage with and identify the UK’s 8 most common bumblebees. The app uses augmented reality, illustrations, images and species details to create a simple and accessible tool for all ages (Augmented reality is only available on compatible devices). There are 24 species of bumblebee in the UK but the vast majority of the bumblebees you see in a garden or park will be one of the 8 most common bumblebees featured in the app. This educational app is brought to you by the Bumblebee Conservation Trust, a UK charity dedicated to creating a world in which bumblebees are thriving and valued. The app was created with the support of the National Lottery Heritage Fund.

My gallery
How am I supposed to get my snapshots into “my gallery”?
Only 8 bees - not very useful
Very disappointed only has 8 bees so very limited use.
Great but…
This is really good and u should definitely get it but I wish there were more bees to choose from
Idiotic trend of the invisible font.
Great app, spoiled by the modern trend of presenting information in a pale grey font that is such a strain to read. Almost as bad as my gas and electricity bills!
What’s that bumblebee
Helpful for identifying Bumblebees. However, the main reason I downloaded it was for the Augmented Reality to have a bit of fun with my Grandson. It doesn’t work on my iPad!
AR does not work
Having attempted to use the AR on at least 30 separate occasions I’ve come to conclusion it simply does not work.
What???
I really wish I could enjoy this app, but in the AR bit I can’t see the bumblebee. Do you know why???
Amazing app
So much fun! Educational - I’ve learnt lots about the 8 common bumblebees - and sent lots of time playing with the AR versions in the house and garden. Niece and nephew love it too. Works perfectly on iPhone 6.
What’s that Bumble bee
Fantastic! So educational. The children absolutely love it, particularly the Augmented Reality and taking pictures of the bumblebees. J B Ayrshire.
