Although my experience with the support team was quick and useful, the transcripts sometimes are not accurate and they also cut a lot of the dialogue without any reason. also, i think if i pay full price, I deserve to use it on more than one device. Hope you can keep getting better at this

This is not as good as it could be, and I found a much better service using a different app. I have also reached out to get a refund in which I received no response on the less than three attempts.

I paid for a year and the app asked me to upgrade and now is asking me to pay for a subscription all over again. I deleted the app and had to reinstall it. I’m not sure that will work.

The app brags that it can convert the audio from conversations, interviews, and lectures, but has a 10 MG limit, which is barely five minutes of audio, meaning that in reality it cannot do any of those things. Once the transcript is complete, you cannot simply copy and paste the words and when you tap on the document logo on the corner, nothing happens. This is the most absurdly useless application I have ever had the misfortune to spend money on.
