I think it disgusting that the fare has gone up more then double. I won’t be getting it again if I can avoid it. You don’t even get anything for the extra charge. Day light robbery

On time fantastic
Disabled customer
Bad customer service and unreliable service.
Pointless
None of it works What’s the point ?
No single tickets on app
Why can’t I pay my fare in the app? It’s got every imaginable season ticket but no actual single or return tickets for those of us who don’t have a regular journey. Also the navigation on the app is not great. Managing favourites is clumsy and constantly being redirected to the web portal from the app is a joke.
Is it all there?
Silly question, I know, but where are the timetables? I’ve searched but can’t find them anywhere.
