Love the clothing but buyer beware the customs fee is normally around $100 even if ur order is under $100 other than that I love the quality of the clothing and amazed at how fast it is delivered

It took my money and never delivered my package,it is a scam, I paid 72$ and it didn’t even delivered, I paid extra for the shipment and it just never came, DONT EVER ORDER from here,they will take your money and never deliver it

I saved up money and decided to buy the pink sweet set. This worse decision I made in my life. The total was 142 with express shipping which is 14 extra dollars. I believed that getting expressed shipping was a steal of a deal because it’s taking off at month for it to arrive. However getting express shipping is just a scam because i had to pay 65 dollars on top of that for express shipping from DHL. This should be a disclaimer on white fox if you are ordering express because if i didn’t pay i wouldnt get refunded i would get store credit however 90.00 AUD would be deducted from shipping it back. I was informed of this information through an email after i payed the duties and package arrived home. I would’ve honestly appreciated it if i got the email before so i’m aware/updated on my package. I did reply back to the email they sent after and told how unhappy i was with the lack of support however the support team didn’t care and instead replied with “we love hearing back from our customers rate us” which completely regarded my email. I then go on to tell the support if there were a negative start to give, that’s what i would do. To conclude paying more then 200 dollars for materials that felt like walmart and the lack of support from the company made it obvious for me never to order from white fox again and advise those around me not to do so either.

The hoodies are so unique and comfy good quality and I would be definitely buying again
