Great so far

I love the intuitive UX and responsiveness with apple pencil. But can you make it without borders so to move freely if not enough space?

Not bad for a free whiteboard. Much better experience than with MS Whiteboard which is extremely buggy and freezes all the time. I use this app it extensively for my Zoom classes with iPad screen sharing. Would help if there was a laser pointer (rather than a finger pointer), a highlighter feature and if there was an ability to “extend” the page to a document (like Word) in the free app.

Erasing and downloading

When on this app if I write math homework down and my students are incorrect or they write a number wrong, they quickly erase and erase my work as the teacher/tutor Please find a way to prevent erasing a live moth workshop from the students end (my invites) from erasing my work. As well, because of this I have to format math questions on LiveBoard then take a snap of it, then reload it to LiveBoard for the student to answer. As uploading math is not erasable it helps to keep things clean. As well, a PDF or Word file withe 30+ pages aren’t uploading and able to put on individual LiveBoard Pages in the one LiveBoard. I have to individually put each page on the LiveBoard pages. I need to look for this in an app to fulfill the above needs, for now, I’m certainly enjoying it and the interaction with each student with LiveBoard ... RCR

Doesn’t work well on my iPad

I love the concept of this app. I use it for virtual tutoring. I’m having trouble recording sessions. The record feature worked the first two times but hasn’t worked since. After my last two tutoring sessions, I tried to export the whiteboard as a PDF and the app kept crashing every time I tried. There is an “email support” option but it’s not clickable. Twice I have uploaded worksheets into the whiteboard and they became unclickable once the tutoring session was live (In had to waste time re-uploading everything in the middle of the session). $15/month is very expensive for an app that only sort of works sometimes. I will be cancelling my subscription once I find a similar app that works better.

Finally found a great app for teaching

Over 10 years I am actively using different apps for online remote tutoring. This app does its job really well. Great concept and easy to use. My request would be to add more shapes into drawing tools. Awesome app. Thank you!

Very good app, but needs improvements

I like the app, but it needs to be improved for newer devices. UI should be improved for XS, XR and other new devices. Should be useful to have touch and/or face id recognize functionality.

Tools freezing

I cancelled for a number of reasons. 1. No apparent increase in the number of features. 2. Too often the screen freezes preventing one from highlighting and editing objects. 3. No easy way of producing triangles, pentagons, octagons etc. 4. Often a new object will disappear when switching to the selection tool. 5. Too often the App quits spontaneously causing loss of most or all work.
