Specially woke up and prepared to see a doctor around 11+ pm but kept receiving notice “No available doctor”. Operational hours should be until 12 am. I have never encountered something like this before with the app. Usually before 12 am still can see doctor. This wasted my time and caused me inconvenience.

Dr Tan Chong Yew and Dr Patrick Ee. Because of i dont have the thermometer in the house i cant measure and i was forced to go home due to manager seen that im sick and not feeling well. I tried to go GP clinic but no one is opening in the Saturday after 1pm so i decided to go home have a video consulting. After Dr Tan didnt believe then i try another Dr Patrick, then he scold me cheating MC and didnt want to help me and both of them charge me consulting fee. So is this apps trying to scam patients money??? What if that patient is really in sick and doesn't have any medicine on hand?????

The app doesn’t open no matter how many times I click on it.

I’m on 15promax iOS 18.0.1 and app keep crashing even when I was on iOS 17.7. Anyway to update the app so we can still use this as normal? Thanks

The app will crash on launch. I am using iOS18.0 and updated the app to latest.

Dr Choo Han Jun was not patient and friendly at all.

Istg I have been stuck at the registration page with no progress. I want to use an online clinic due to flu and after trying everything it still refuses to log me into my account. Service has practically taken my singpass details with nothing to show for it. I would rather walk to a hospital 25KM away and die walking then use this sad excuse of an app

Was a regular user and everything was fine till last night. It was literally a nightmare. Driver banged on my door at 1am waking everyone up. There was no prior whatsapp on the delivery unlike previously. The driver also did not verify my identity and password. Kept screaming that he only deliver for lalamove for a few dollars still ask for so much. Crazy driver.

Understand that its a tele consult, but the long waiting time doesnt justify the 5s call???

Cannot even register my child for teleconsult. Kept stuck at the page for registration.
