Those big scums instead of answering me why I have done jobs for them and not being paid.. they blocked me from the system, Big Scammer for the customer’s and specially for the workers Hey WHIZZ, shame on you, close your ridiculous website where you performing yourself a professional… if you still got bit of dignity to yourself.

I’d used whizz a few times and the cleaners had been hit and miss. I decided to use them for an end of lease clean, thinking they wouldn’t mess it up, what a mistake! Not only did they not clean the apartment properly, tops of door frames not cleaned, windows still dirty, piles of dust left under stairs and anywhere less obvious but obvious when you look. Carpets not cleaned properly or at all. When I then complained they said they’d come and fix it but it was too late I’d already had to fix it as it was the end of lease and had to give the keys back. The battle then with their customer service team was ridiculous. Even with photos and video of what they not done they wouldn’t budge. It took approx 2 weeks and Thea threatening to take to fair work to get a partial refund.

I needed some cleaners to make the house looking nice for when my wife came back from some time away. They did a great job, and reasonably priced. Wife was happy too.

We were very happy with our cleaner. She arrived on time and did everything we asked for and more. She checked in to clarify some instructions and was very polite. Thank you for your help it was great service.

Whizz is a very user friendly app and the cleaners are great. My oven hasn’t looked this good since we walked into our new house.
